Carribean Jerk Beef Jerky Marinade

12 oz Lawry’s Caribbean Jerk Marinade
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 tbsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tbsp Ground Curry
1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tsp MSG
1 tbsp Hot Chili Sauce
1/2 to 1 tsp Dave's Insanity Hot Sauce
1 tsp Liquid Smoke
Mix all ingredients together and marinade 1 - 2 lbs of sliced meat. Cover and refrigerated overnight. Dehydrate for 5-7 hours. Lawry’s Marinade and Dave's Sauce may be substituted for other marinade/hot-sauce.

Replace the Lawry's with 12 oz of papaya juice for a sweet/spicy marinade.
