Catfish Batter

1 cup Flour
1 cup Cornmeal (non self-rising)
1 1/2 tbsp Lawry's Season Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp MSG
1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tbsp Ground White Pepper
Mix all ingredients until all lumps are gone and batter raw, moist catfish fillets.
Deep fry in peanut oil at 350° until done (5-10 minutes).
