Fried Chicken Finger Batter Mix

1 Egg
3/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Milk (skim mild may be used)
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1 tbsp Lawry's Season Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
Mix all ingredients well and batter raw chicken fillets.
Dredge the battered fillets in flour.
Deep fry in peanut oil at 350° until done (5-10 minutes).
