Cornbread

1/4 cup Seasoned Peanut Oil
2/3 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup Buttermilk
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 can Creamed Corn
Preheat over to 375°.
Grease an 8 inch cast iron skillet.
Combine all ingredients and blend well until few/no lumps.
Pour batter into the prepared skillet.
Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Note: Pickled Jalapenos can be added for a Mexican style recipe.
